Sole Academy makes this website, including all information, products, and services provided by Sole Academy through soleacademy.net, available for your use subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this document and any changes to this document that Sole Academy may publish from time to time. By visiting or shopping at soleacademy.net, you accept to be bound by these Terms of Use and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. 

Sole Academy reserves the right to change the Terms of Service posted on the website from time to time at its sole discretion. Your use of the website will be subject to the most current version of the Terms of Service posted on the website at the time of such use. We collect and use information about you to reply to your request, process your order, and help us personalize your shopping experience at the Sole Academy online store. We use the same information to identify and contact you, verify and confirm your order, and provide customer care services. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on our terms and privacy practices.  

The content on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, media files, and content compilations, is protected by copyright, trademark, and/or other intellectual property laws. Content on robinsonsappliances.com.ph is provided “as is” and changes and updates may be made to the products and services at any time without notice. Sole Academy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Sole Academy does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the content on its website or otherwise relating to such content or on any linked websites.  

We shall not be liable for any breach, hindrance or delay in fulfilling orders attributable to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation any natural disaster and unavoidable incident, actions of third parties (including, without limitation, hackers, suppliers, governments, quasi-governmental, supra-national or local authorities), insurrection, riot, civil commotion, war, hostilities, warlike operations, national emergencies, terrorism, piracy, arrests, restraints or detainments of any competent authority, strikes or combinations or lock-out of workmen, epidemic, fire, explosion, storm, flood, drought, weather conditions, earthquake, natural disaster, accident, mechanical breakdown, third party software, failure or problems with public utility supplies (including electrical, telecoms or Internet failure), shortage of or inability to obtain supplies, materials, equipment or transportation ("Event of Force Majeure"), regardless of whether the circumstances in question could have been foreseen.  

  1. Registration/Login 
    By using the services on Sole Academy Online, you confirm that your personal information provided is 100% true, accurate, and up to date. Information such as your complete name, contact number, email address, and other important and relevant details may be requested upon registration. Should information in your account change, you may email us at soleacademy.online@solefashion.com.ph. 
     

  1. Eligibility to Purchase 

    1. To be able to complete a transaction at Sole Academy Online, your payment details will be required. By proceeding with the purchase, you confirm that any information you provide is correct, valid, and accurate.  You are also validating that you are the same person being referred to in the Billing information of the particular transaction. 

    2. Sole Academy Online reserves the right to consult with any third party for due diligence in validating your transaction details and payment process. Sole Academy Online may use the personal information you provided to conduct appropriate anti-fraud investigations. Sole Academy Online may also provide your personal information to a legal and legitimate credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. Sole Academy Online also reserves the right to blacklist a user if proven to have committed a fraudulent transaction in the past. 
       

  1. Products & Orders

    1. Sole Academy Online offers products for sale that are physically in stock and available for delivery from two locations:

      1. Sole Academy Bonifacio High Street 
        B2 Bonifacio High Street, Taguig 1634

      2. Robinsons Department Store Distribution Center 
        19 1st Ave, Taguig, Metro Manila

    2. Occasionally, there will be products which are limited in terms of quantity therefore product availability can immediately reach zero within hours or within the day of product release. 

    3. In cases wherein product delivery is affected by natural occurrences or external obstructions (i.e. bad weather, road closures due to accidents, etc), product delivery may get affected. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, you will be notified through the personal contact details you have provided within 48 hours from the time you finished your transaction process at Sole Academy Online. 

    4. Please note that any item in your shopping cart is not reserved and may be purchased by other users who have accessed Sole Academy Online. 
       

  1. Acceptance of Order 
    Sole Academy Online reserves the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Terms of Use.  
     
    Sole Academy Online reserves the right to refuse a transaction for any reason at Sole Academy Online’s full discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from Sole Academy Online whether that merchandise has been sold or not.  
     
    Prices shown on Sole Academy Online are in Philippine Peso [PHP] and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.  
     
    If you are using a credit card outside the Philippines, the final price of the item you will purchase will be calculated based on the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.  
     
    All orders are subject to availability and Sole Academy Online approval. 
     
    An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, you are responsible for payment based on the final amount that will appear in the product ordering section. 
     

  1. Acceptance of Payment

    1. Sole Academy Online’s official payment gateway partner is Maya.

    2. Upon reaching payment process, it is understood that the credit/debit card that you are using belongs to you or that you have been duly authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use the card for this transaction.

    3. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation procedures and authorization by the bank or card-issuer. If the bank or issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize the transaction payment for the purchase made, Sole Academy Online will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of products. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, you forfeit the ownership of any items you purchased.  No payment confirmed, no items shipped.

    4. Longer processing time may occur during exclusive releases and special sales due to expected overwhelming volume of orders. Please expect delayed payment verification and/or order fulfillment.  

    5. For credit card transactions, please be advised that any system alert and/or discrepancy in customer name and cardholder name may result to further payment verification and delay in process. 

    6. Sole Academy Online will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure. Sole Academy Online cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site. For Sole Academy Online transactions, 3DSecure is implemented by Visa (called as Verified by Visa) and Mastercard (called as Secure Code). 3DSecure is a scheme developed by the card industry to allow a card holder to authenticate himself during an e-commerce transaction. Authentication takes place before a transaction is presented for authorization. 3DSecure allows transactions to be conducted in safety online, greatly reducing the risk of fraud and chargebacks. 

    7. If the card is not enrolled, this means that either the bank that issued the card is not yet supporting 3DSecure or it means that the cardholder has not yet been registered for the service.   If the card is enrolled, the card holder will be redirected to the 3DSecure authentication web page for the issuing bank; the cardholder will then identify himself. If successful, transaction will be allowed to proceed for authorization. The transaction could still fail for lack of funds or other reasons but is more likely to be approved because of the authentication. Cardholder should contact his/her card issuer if his/her credit card is enrolled with 3DSecure. Sole Academy Online reserves the right to request for proper identification documents from customer/cardholder before honoring a transaction for cardholder protection and fraud control. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and refund of order. 
       

  1. Item Unavailability

    1. Please be informed that completing your purchase and payment may not guarantee that the items ordered may not be available due multiple reasons including but not limited to:

      1. High volume of orders

      2. Limited quantities

      3. Subpar quality of items upon quality control inspection

    2. In the instance that this is the case, your order will automatically be cancelled and you will be issued a refund in full.

    3. It is the customer’s discretion to proceed with the purchase given this possibility. 
       

  1. Shipping Policy 

    1. Sole Academy Online is partnered with JRS Express (JRS BUSINESS CORPORATION) as Sole Academy Online’s official courier. JRS Express delivers nationwide. Shipping fee charges will be determined based on the size of the order and the delivery address. 

    2. Sole Academy Online currently does not deliver outside the Philippines.

    3. Sole Academy Online does not accept in-store pickup.

  1. Acceptance of Delivery & Tracking of Orders

    1. We aim to dispatch all accepted orders and have them shipped within 48-72 hours or 2-3 working days. Customers will be notified via email and/or SMS a Tracking Number to track your orders. This notice will be sent once your order has been picked up by assigned courier for delivery. 

    2. Sole Academy Online may opt to use another courier or mode of delivery if the primary logistics partner fails to deliver due to unexpected circumstances or for any other contingency. 

    3. All orders of footwear will be inside the regular “brand box” it is packaged with. All orders will be packed with layers of bubble wrapping and a waterproof layer to protect your order during transit, however, Sole Academy Online cannot guarantee that the brand box will be in mint condition upon arrival.

    4. Please take note that there will be NO shipping on Sundays, holidays, and days with intermittent weather. 
       

  1. No Commercial Use 
    Sole Academy Online is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content, software, products, or services contained within Sole Academy Online. You may not use Sole Academy Online, or any of its Content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own site.

    The Terms of Use and Service together with all the Sole Academy Online policies and procedures will be governed by and taken in accordance with the relevant Philippine law and the relevant courts of the Philippines will have exclusive jurisdiction. The Sole Academy Online terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
