Information We Collect 

1. We collect information whenever relevant or necessary for sales transactions, service requests and activations, promotions, or employment. The common types of data we collect generally includes the following:

2. Basic personal information such as full name, nickname, home addresses/billing address/shipping address, e-mail address mobile number, employment information, telephone, other personal contact numbers, password or passcodes intended for use in Sole Academy owned website and/or ecommerce sites;

3. Demographical information such as date of birth, age, occupation, and gender; and,

4. Other sensitive personal information and records such as, but not limited to, the following:

   2. Educational background,

   3. Employment record,

   4. Family background,

   5. Religion

   6. Civil Status

   7. Spouse and children’s names,

   8. Financial details (e.g., credit card details),

   9. Valid identification cards and licenses, and

   10. Current salary, basic pay, statutory obligations such as HDMF or Pag-IBIG, SSS, PhilHealth and withholding tax, and other benefits.

        

        

   11. CCTV footages that include videos and snapshots of your likeness may be captured when you enter our premises.

        

   12. Payment data shared to us by a payment gateway provider or traditional or digital banking institution when you pay via credit card, debit card, e-wallet, or bank transfer. This includes the name of issuing bank, name of cardholder, first six digits and last four digits of the credit or debit card used or masked card information, e-wallet account number and the amount involved. This information is needed for transactional reference and to address possible payment related concerns.

How We Use Your Information 

1. We use your information for the following purposes:

1. Sole Academy websites may engage a third-party service to analyze the web traffic data. This service does not use cookies or web beacons. However, in order to provide better service and more secure service, the use of “cookies” shall be done on occasion.

Privacy of Minors 

1. Sole Academy is very sensitive to privacy issues and we are especially careful in any communications with one of our most treasured customers – children. Sole Academy would never collect personal data from children directly, without the parent’s consent.

Personal data collected from children is used solely by Robinson Appliances or other entities that provide technical, fulfillment or other services to Sole Academy, for example, such entities may provide services, such as, improving our services/web sites, and fulfilling requests or administering promotions. These personal data are not sold. 

1. Meanwhile, we urge parents to regularly monitor and supervise their children’s on-line activities.

1. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data to third party except when warranted, as noted in the following circumstances:

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, in accordance with the prescribed retention periods under relevant regulations, or unless a longer retention period is required by law.

1. We implement technological, organizational and physical security measures to protect your personal information we hold from loss, misuse, modification, unauthorized or accidental access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. We put in effect safeguards such as the following:

   1. We keep and protect your personal data using a secured server behind a firewall, deploying encryption on computing devices and physical security controls.

   2. We restrict access to your personal data only to qualified and authorized personnel who hold your personal data with strict confidentiality.

   3. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

   4. Any personal data that you provide online and offline are consolidated and initially processed and stored by Sole Academy. Using a secured connection, only authorized Sole Academy personnel can then access and download your personal data. 

1. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign-off when finished using a shared computer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time when necessary. When we do, we will publish an updated version on this page with immediate effectivity. Rest assured that any changes will not be retroactively applied and will not alter how we previously handled collected personal data without obtaining consent, unless required by law.
