Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • Orders may be returned and refunded if it is found that the items delivered do not meet the standard quality that Sole Academy upholds. If the item was damaged prior to dispatchment or the item does not match the order details, Sole Academy will replace the item and shoulder all courier fees related to the exchange.
  • All items for return will be subject for investigation and approval. Please prepare any proof that will support the request for the return and exchange such as:
    • Original receipt intact
    • Photos of the item upon delivery showing the damage
  • All requests must be made within seven (7) days upon delivery to be eligible for a return and refund request.
  • Crediting of refunds may vary depending on the used payment method.
    • Credit Card: It may take 7-14 working days to appear in your account after the request has been processed. However, customers will only see it on their next bank statement or the following month, depending on their card’s billing cycle.
    • Debit Cards: it may take 30-45 days to show in your customer’s account after the request has been processed. If customers have any more refund issues, please advise them to contact their bank or payment provider directly.
    • e-Wallets: For Maya Wallet, crediting of refund amount is instant after the request has been processed.; For ShopeePay, and WeChat, refunds will be visible within 3-5 business days after the refund is processed. GCash transactions may take additional time due to manual refund processing.
    • Maya Credit: The total amount, including fees and DST, will be credited to customers' Maya Wallet within 10 business days after the refund request has manually been triggered, whether they've repaid the loan or not. This credited amount is meant to settle any outstanding balance owed through Maya Credit, helping customers restore their credit limit.
    • QR PH Transactions: It'll take 3-5 business days to process the refund after the request has been manually processed. The crediting of the refunded amount to the customer's account depends on the processing time of the issuing bank or e-wallet provider.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Sole Academy Online accepts requests for exchange due to wrong size ordered. We can replace your item if;
    • The original item is returned to our warehouse and is in good condition (This will be assessed by our staff).
    • You present the original receipt intact.
    • There is an available stock of your desired size in the same model or another model of the same price. If the exchange item varies in price, this will instead be refunded in full, and you may place a new order.
    • All shipping fees incurred will be shouldered by the customer.
    • The request is made within seven (7) days from acceptance of delivery
  • Sole Academy Online will not accept requests for exchange if:
    • Reason is change of mind
    • Item was on sale upon purchase but reverted back to regular price upon request

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Sole Academy Online accepts cancellations if:
    • The order has not been dispatched
    • The item ordered is not marked down upon purchase
  • A full refund will be triggered upon approval of the request. Please refer to the refund policy for terms and crediting times.
